第二部分

创刊词          

 

《中医药文化理论与实践》是由浙江中医药大学党委书记黄文秀教授担任主编，浙江中医药大学浙江中医药文化研究院（浙江省哲学社会科学重点培育研究基地）执行负责人朱德明教授担任执行主编。

本刊是浙江中医药大学自1953年建校以来第一部关于中医药文化的学术刊物，也是浙江中医药文化领域唯一的哲学社会科学类刊物。

本刊旨在弘扬中医药文化，传承中医药哲学底蕴，挖掘中医药经典与文献，坚定中医药文化自信，进一步发展好、传承好、践行好中医药文化，探赜中医药法律法规制定，推动中医药文化海内外交流。

中医的生命哲学模式蕴含着中华文明五千年的哲学思想，中医文化源远流长。浙江中医药大学创办该集刊是时代的使命。荀子曰：“不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海。”本集刊将以弘扬中医药传统文化为创办集刊的宗旨,以复兴中华传统文化为己任，以习近平总书记对中医药工作作出的重要指示为引领，遵照习近平总书记在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上论述的“着力构建中国特色哲学社会科学,在指导思想、学科体系、学术体系、话语体系等方面充分体现中国特色、中国风格、中国气派。构建中国特色哲学社会科学,一是要体现继承性、民族性。二是要体现原创性、时代性。三是要体现系统性、专业性”的要求办好本集刊。 

 

 

第三部分

序言             

 

 

为了更好地贯彻落实习近平总书记关于中医药工作的重要指示批示精神，贯彻落实党和国家一系列弘扬中医药文化的重要文件，研究、实践、弘扬好中医药文化，浙江省哲学社会科学重点培育研究基地浙江中医药大学浙江中医药文化研究院创办了《中医药文化理论与实践》集刊，意义非凡！

我审阅了《中医药文化理论与实践》创刊号（第一辑），主要有四大部分研究成果：第一部分为中医药文化。这一栏目的论文涉及到中医药与哲学社会科学的交融研究。第二部分为中医医史文献。这一栏目的论文涉及到中医药发展的历史脉络，新时代、新形势下中医药的发展潮流，中医药文化内涵的阐释等问题。第三部分为中医药政策法规研究。这一栏目的论文涉及到当今中医药文化相关的政策法规的分析和解读，反映了中医药发展需求及最新立法动态。第四部分为医林漫笔。这一栏目的论文涉及到医学与哲学、医学与美学等相关内容。

我认为，本集刊探讨了中国优秀传统文化之一的中医药文化发展历程、政策法规、医史文献、健康养生等主题，梳理了当代学者的学术经验，提供了中医药文化研究与推广的学术交流平台。同时，向国内外相关领域著名学者如北京大学哲学系教授楼宇烈、北京中医药大学教授张其成和樊正伦、浙江大学求是特聘教授曹锦炎、国家中医药博物馆首任馆长杨荣臣、山东中医药大学教授王振国、中国中医科学院首席研究员肖永芝和潘桂娟、南京中医药大学教授沈澍农、北京大学教授甄橙、意大利中医药学会联合会会长何嘉琅等著名专家征稿，他们的赐稿，增添了该集刊的学术价值!

中医文化源远流长，如何让世人了解中医药、发展中医药是一个重要课题。因此，浙江中医药大学浙江中医药文化研究院创办这一集刊，是时代赋予的使命。我衷心希望该集刊以弘扬中医药文化为宗旨,以复兴中华传统文化为己任，以习近平总书记对中医药工作的重要指示批示精神为引领，办出具有中国特色、中国气派、中国风格的浙江省哲学社会科学重点培育研究基地浙江中医药大学浙江中医药文化研究院集刊，在海内外中医药文化理论与实践领域起到引领作用。
