刊物介绍

 

《中医药文化理论与实践》是由浙江中医药大学原党委书记黄文秀教授担任主编，浙江中医药大学浙江中医药文化研究院（浙江省哲学社会科学重点培育研究基地）执行负责人朱德明教授担任执行主编。

本刊是浙江中医药大学自1953年建校以来第一部关于中医药文化的学术刊物，也是浙江中医药文化领域唯一的哲学社会科学类刊物。

本刊旨在弘扬中医药文化，传承中医药哲学底蕴，挖掘中医药经典与文献，坚定中医药文化自信，进一步发展好、传承好、践行好中医药文化，探赜中医药法律法规制定，推动中医药文化海内外交流。

中医的生命哲学模式蕴含着中华文明五千年的哲学思想，中医文化源远流长。浙江中医药大学创办该集刊是时代的使命。荀子曰：“不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海。”本集刊将以弘扬中医药传统文化为创办集刊的宗旨,以复兴中华传统文化为己任，以习近平总书记对中医药工作作出的重要指示为引领，遵照习近平总书记在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上论述的“着力构建中国特色哲学社会科学,在指导思想、学科体系、学术体系、话语体系等方面充分体现中国特色、中国风格、中国气派。构建中国特色哲学社会科学,一是要体现继承性、民族性。二是要体现原创性、时代性。三是要体现系统性、专业性”的要求办好本集刊。

征稿启事

 

《中医药文化理论与实践》是由浙江省哲学社会科学重点培育研究基地浙江中医药大学浙江中医药文化研究院主办的学术集刊，创刊于2024年，由社会科学文献出版社出版发行。中医药文化是人类文化史上的瑰宝，是祖先留给我们的宝贵文化遗产。本集刊立足中医，汇通人文，瞩望哲学，以期传承东方国粹，弘扬中医药文化。本集刊从创刊号第1辑起，广拜方家，邀约名士，共同探讨中医药文化的历史之根、学术之脉、理论之魂、实践之用、文化之魅。本集刊拟开设中医医史文献、中医药文化、中医药政策法规、中医养生文化、中医稀见文献、中医药文化对外交流等栏目，敬希海内外学者惠赐大作。

来稿具体要求如下：

来稿须为原创首发，请勿一稿多投，字数一般为8000-15000字，不超过2万字。请附中文摘要和关键词，同时请提供英文题目、关键词。首页脚注位置的首行写“作者简介”，内容包括姓名、单位、职称，研究方向。如果属于基金项目请在“作者简介”下写“基金项目”及相关信息。

本刊为简体横排。注释采用脚注格式，每页重新编号。具体注释格式和体例，以《中医药文化理论与实践》注释为准。

整段引文使用楷体，其他部分包括标题使用宋体，特别字体请专门标注。

稿件的写作语言为中文，外文稿件请译为中文。

本刊编辑部对来稿有权进行技术性处理和适当的文字修改，将不另行知会作者。如需保留修改权，务请在来稿中说明。

本刊采用同行专家匿名审稿制度，审稿周期为三个月。

投稿后三个月未有答复者，作者可自行处理稿件。

中医的人文内涵及其意义

摘要：中医不是一个单纯的科学问题，它还有人文内涵，应该纳入到我们人文的思考领域里面去。中医和中国传统文化是一体的。中医在实践层面把中国传统文化中的许多抽象理念体现出来，它的理论和实践充分体现了中国传统文化的根本观念和思维方式。中医认为人体是一个完整的、相互联系的整体，用这样一种整体的辩证方式来看待一个生命体，应该说是中医最根本的一个基点。而中医的阴阳理论反映的是动态平衡，五行学说反映的是整体的相关性，这些可以说都是中国文化最根本的理念。中医的存亡，其实牵扯到中国文化根本精神的存亡。中医影响世界的不仅仅只是在治病的技术层面，而更多是在中国传统文化理念层面。

Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine is not a purely scientific question,it has humanistic connotation and should be included in our humanistic thinking field.Traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese traditional culture are integrated.Traditional Chinese medicine embodies many abstract ideas of Chinese traditional culture at the practical level and the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine fully embody the basic concepts and thinking mode of Chinese traditional culture.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the human body is a complete and interconnected one,and it should be regarded as the most fundamental things to treat a living organism in such a holistic dialectical way.The Yin and Yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine reflects the dynamic balance and the five-line theory reflects the overall correlation which can be said to be the most fundamental concept of Chinese culture.The survival of traditional Chinese medicine,in fact,involves the survival of the fundamental spirit of Chinese culture.Traditional Chinese medicine affects the world on the technical level,but in depth,it is the impact of traditional Chinese culture．

现代中医文化的实践智慧与国际影响

摘要：古代传统中医基于其系统的整体观念与动态的辨证施治的顶层设计，得以与时俱进而历久弥新。清末民初提倡的“衷中参西”即忠实中医、参考西医。近百年一路走来进入了21世纪，中医药取得了长足进步，且史无前例地传播至世界各国，为当地的医卫保健起到了积极的补充医学的作用。后疫情时代人类疾病谱发生了重大改变，现代人对医疗卫生的要求与期望值越来越高，更新着医学的的发展形态，在现代中医的新思维的推动下，由传统医学向现代中医体系的升级转化势在必行，规范地传播现代中医文化与科普扫盲，将为海内外中医高质量发展，推动中医的全球化进程作出重要的铺垫。

Practical Wisdom of Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture and Its International Influence

Abstract: Ancient traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),based on its systematic holistic view and dynamic evidence-based treatment design, has maintained vitality through time. The "Chinese Medicine Incorporating Western Medicine" proposed in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic blends faithful traditional Chinese medicine with references to Western medicine. Over the past century, TCM has achieved significant advancements, spreading globally and playing an active role in the world's healthcare. In the post-pandemic era, with major changes in the human disease spectrum, the demands and expectations for modern healthcare have increased. Under the new impetus of modern TCM thinking, the modernization of traditional medicine into modern TCM systems is essential. Systematic promotion of modern TCM culture will popularize TCM knowledge both domestically and internationally, contributing to high-quality development of TCM and its globalization process.

03.中医医史文献  

 

 

 

 

 

乌程汉简所见医药史料零拾

摘要：浙江湖州出土的木简主要为两汉时乌程县署遗留的实物，内容丰富，主要涉及当时一般阶层的生活，以住来公文、行政事务及公私信牍为主保留着极为丰富的两汉社会史料。出土木简中有三枚涉及医药史资料，其中有一位名吕广的医生寄给家人的信牍；一枚诊疗瘟疾的记录简；一枚药方牍。乌程汉简的出土不仅填补了浙江汉代简牍的空白，而且其中的涉医木牍（简）是有关浙江医药史的重要资料，弥足珍贵，值得深入研究挖掘。

Medical Historical Materials Found in Wucheng Han Bamboo Slips

Abstract: The wooden slips unearthed in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province are mainly physical relics left by the Wucheng County Office during the Han Dynasty. They are rich in content and mainly involve the daily lives of the general class at that time. They mainly include official documents, administrative affairs, and public and private correspondence, preserving extremely rich social and historical materials of the Han Dynasty. There are three wooden slips unearthed that involve medical historical information, including a letter sent by a doctor named Lv Guang to his family,a record slip for diagnosing and treating plague and a  prescription slip. The excavation of Wucheng Han bamboo slips not only fills the gap in the Han Dynasty bamboo slips in Zhejiang, but also includes important materials related to the medical history of Zhejiang, which are precious and worthy of in-depth research.
